I've been shooting pictures since I was around 11 or 12, first with a polaroid camera I borrowed from my parents, then progressing to a Canon AE-1 which they gave me one Christmas. I completely skipped the automatic camera age, discouraged and frustrated by the curved viewfinder and the images never matching my composition. Now I shoot with a digital camera, a Kodak Easyshare. I hope to eventually purchase a more professional digital camera when the time is right.
